Ted Theodoropoulos, Founder & President

As Acrowire’s Founder and President, Ted combines his interest in technology with his passion to improve the business productivity of entrepreneurs and corporations. Ted’s background in technology began in the early 1980s developing applications in BASIC on the first personal computers. He is an expert at reducing the cost of doing business by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing the right technology solution to bridge the gap.

As a Senior Vice President at Bank of America, Ted held a number of leadership roles in Corporate Audit, Consumer Risk Management and Global Anti-Money Laundering. There, Ted integrated Six Sigma methodologies into his technology work, earning DFSS Green and Black Belt Certifications.  His Green Belt work led to a United States Patent for which he was recognized with the 2007 Best of Six Sigma Award. Prior to joining Bank of America, Ted was a product specialist at Microsoft providing guidance and support on database technologies where he became a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Certified Scrum Master.

Ted earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and went on to receive his Masters in Business Administration from the Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. While at the Belk College, Ted focused on International Management where he studied global business issues in Eastern and Central Europe, South America and China.

Mike Zucker, Chief Operations Officer

With more than 20 years of technical and leadership experience in Information Technology, Healthcare and Financial Management, Mike serves as Acrowire’s Chief Operations Officer. With expertise in leading teams to create new business applications from concept to design and development to the successful deployment, Mike takes an active role in client’s individual projects.

Most recently, Mike managed a large software development team at Bank of America which was responsible for designing and maintaining the performance management system for the Customer Service & Support division. Mike has also worked as the Certified Financial Officer of a large physician and ambulatory surgery organization where he delivered systems engineering and strategic planning. Additionally, Mike has worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Deloitte & Touche and as a consultant for corporate turnarounds.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Case Western Reserve University and has completed coursework in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina and Accounting from Cleveland State University.

Previously, Mike served as the President of Greenville Humane Society and is active in fostering rescue dogs in Charlotte.


Bryce Hedrick, Account Executive

With proven success, Bryce manages prospect and client relationships as Acrowire’s Account Executive. He serves as a pillar of education to the legal market and actively creates opportunities and solves problems using Acrowire’s suite of technology solutions.

Bryce is a Charlotte Hornets fan and enjoys traveling, reading and being outdoors, whether he is fishing, hiking or golfing. He is driven by strong core values, principles and beliefs.


Danielle Jennings, Engagement Coordinator

Danielle joins Acrowire with a passion for people and process. She brings a clear understanding of interpersonal communication strategies which fosters strong relationships and joint success with clients. As Acrowire’s Engagement Coordinator, Danielle is responsible for managing communications with new and existing engagements to ensure the life of the project is successful at every step. Danielle works closely with key stakeholders, internally and externally.

Originally from San Francisco, Danielle relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina in early 2015. Danielle attended San Francisco State University where she earned her BA in Communications. She has a background in sales administration, customer service and office support in various industries including food service, healthcare and finance.

Danielle is interested in philanthropy, comedy, traveling and culinary arts. She also enjoys doing radio/voiceover work and spent time interning for a popular Bay Area classic rock station called 107.7 The Bone. Danielle’s ear for voices and impressions landed her several opportunities to be featured on air.

zack johnson

Zack Johnson, Application Development Technical Lead

Zack joins Acrowire as its Application Development Technical Lead with 15+ years of managerial and application development experience. His talents are served delivering simple, yet innovative, IT solutions, leading collaborative design concepts and architecture, and ensuring quality engineering standards are implemented at every phase of the SDLC.

Most recent experience comes from MyEdTech, where he led the IT department and broadly determined the underlying technologies and architectural solutions required for any given initiative; his efforts allowed the corporate strategy and direction to remain agile while lowering overall IT costs and improving knowledge redundancy, system security and quality.

Zack is proficient in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Web.API, SQL Server, T-SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular.JS, Bootstrap, HTML, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Pardot, Office 365, SharePoint, and Ring Central.

Aside from technology, Zack’s second passion is the outdoor world. He enjoys traveling, scuba diving, canoeing, kayaking, sailing and hiking.


Paul Bedford, Solutions Architect

As one of Acrowire’s Solutions Architect, Paul leverages Microsoft’s Portal and Collaboration technology platform in both on-premise and cloud scenarios.

Focusing particularly on Office365 and SharePoint online, Paul deliver’s compelling business solutions to clients that invariably exceed expectations and deliver tangible bottom line value. From providing branding services in partnership with our creative experts, through working with end-users to deliver powerful business solutions to integrating with enterprise LoB and COTS systems Paul is singularly focused on adding value to our clients use of SharePoint.

Paul has more than 25 years of experience firmly in the Microsoft technology stack. He has worked with companies both large and small around the globe and across a broad swathe of markets including GSK, Virgin Atlantic, AT&T, Wells Fargo, Jaguar Cars, Continental Airlines and Outback Steakhouse.

brian gough

Brian Gough, Solutions Architect

Brian has over 20 years in the IT industry and has amassed quite a versatile set of skills in that time. He has worked in industries such as steel manufacturing, beverage production, banking, not-for-profits, and various services industries. He started his IT career as a developer working with mainframe computers using COBOL and Assembler languages and over the years has added Power Builder, Visual Basic, C# and several other languages and tools to his skill set.

Brian started working with SharePoint in version 2003 as a developer and over time transitioned into the role of SharePoint Administrator. During his years working with SharePoint he has stood up more than 50 Farms and over 200 sites in nine languages. He has twice been recognized by Microsoft and his peers as a SharePoint ‘Most Valued Professional’ (MVP) for his contributions to the SharePoint community and knowledge of the product. He has taught classes in SharePoint development and given numerous speeches and presentations around the country on a variety of SharePoint topics.

Brian has been very active in, and an advocate for, the IT Community most of his career. He has been a Board Member of the Enterprise Developers Guild user group for more than 15 years, and on the board of the Charlotte Area SharePoint User Group since its inception five years ago. He has hosted three SharePoint Saturday’s and countless Code Camp events.

He shares a passion for “Bare Bow” style archery with his family and has won multiple awards in both the State Indoor Championship and Southeast Regional Championship.

Patrick Lamm, Solutions Architect

With more than 10 years of software development experience, Patrick’s expertise aids in the direct success of our clients. As Solutions Architect, he joins the team with a mission to deliver functional and innovative solutions to clients across all industries. Patrick is proficient in Microsoft.NET, SQL (C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net / MVC), Web (SQL Server, SQLite, MySQL) and HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery. Additionally, Patrick will be another dedicated resource to SharePoint development.

Most recently, he was a Software Developer at AAA of the Carolinas with prior experience coming from Cube Six as Director of Web Development and a Software Developer.

He received his Bachelor of Arts at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Computer Science.

Patrick enjoys cooking, photography, traveling and learning about new technology.

Chelsea Theodoropoulos

Chelsea Theodoropoulos, VP of Marketing

With a passion for people and creativity, Chelsea serves as Acrowire’s VP of Marketing. She brings marketing principles and strategy to life with one goal in mind – your business. In building awareness of Acrowire’s capabilities, Chelsea is able to help companies navigate through their cumbersome technology to an efficient and productive solution.

Chelsea’s prior experience comes from Bank of America in Global Marketing, specifically garnering expertise in both Enterprise Media and Brand Management. Here, she was responsible for planning and buying mass media across the enterprise, providing consultative review of all written communications and led the development and trademark processes. Chelsea’s unique and focused marketing experience in a Fortune 50 environment brings new energy, innovative thinking and the zeal to drive marketing best practices forward.

Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with her family, writing and helping families through Threads of Love.


Ladd Greene, Senior Creative Architect

Ladd Greene has 18+ years experience focusing on the finest details of visual design, interaction design, user experience and web/software/CMS design and development. He’s known within the enterprise software community as a dependable, multi-faceted swiss army knife of design and development. His flexibility in the IT world provides clients true customization and easy-to-use solutions.

Past work experience includes some of the biggest names in the nation. He revived and managed the entire internet department for American Honda at the young age of 23, owned and operated two software companies, provided Microsoft SharePoint enterprise design and development solutions for Burns and McDonnell, San Diego Gas & Electric, First Energy, Edison Electric and continues to deliver SharePoint solutions today as Acrowire’s Senior Creative Architect. Ladd’s interface designs have reached more than a quarter million enterprise intranet/extranet users such as general employees, administrators, major stakeholders, CIO’s, CEO’s and more.

Ladd competed as an amateur surfer and traveled all over the world which provided an enriched intellectual experience throughout his teen years. He has lived/traveled in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama, California, Kauai and Oahu, Hawaii where he trained and surfed giant waves in excess of 20 feet with Garrett McNamara. He also speaks fluent Spanish and a dab of Japanese.
